Introduction of electric hoist

1.Model CD1, MD1 220v wire rope electric hoist is small-sized lifting equipment, which can be mounted on single beam, overhead, gantry and jib cranes, with slight modification, it can also be used as a winch. It is widely used in factories, warehoused, cargo store areas and shops. It is essential equipment in raising working efficiency and improving working conditions.

Features

1.Model CD1 electric hoist has only one normal speed, which can satisfy normal application, model MD1 electric hoist provides two speeds: normal speed and low speed. At a low speed, it can do precise loading and unloading, mounding of sand box, maintenance of machine tools, etc.

Components

1. Shell: It is made of light aluminum alloy shell, light but hard. The cooling fin is specially designed to ensure quick heat dissipation with the rate up to 40% and continuous severice.The integral enclosed structure is applicable to places like chemical plant and electroplate factory.

2. Limit switch: The limit switch device is installed where the load is lifted on and off to make the motor to stop automatically so as to prohibit the chains from exceeding for safety.

3. Transfomer: 24V/36V/48V transformer device. This device is used to prohibit unexpected accidents caused by electic leakage and guarantees the safe use while raining.

5. Inverse phase sequence protecting device: It is the special electrical installation which controls the circuit not to work in case of the wiring error in the power supply.

4. Electromagnetic contactor: Electromagnetic contactor can be used safely under high frequency.

5. Chain: This chain can be safety used in poor environment such as rain, sea water and chemicals.

6. Hook: It is hot forging with perfect strength that is hard to break. The operation safety of the lower hook is ensured by its 360 degrees rotation and safety tongue piece.

6.Hook: made of high-class alloy steel,it has high strength and high security; by using new design,weight will never escape.

7. Push button: Water proof push button is applied, it is light and durable.

9.Gear: by adopting Japanese technology,they are innovated symmetrical arrayed high -speed synchronous gears, and are made from international standard gear steel.Compared with common gears ,they are more wearable and steadier, and more laborsaving.
